Job summary

AltaPointe seeks a seasoned Manager of Adult & Children's 24/7 Mobile Mental Health Crisis Response Teams. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, and ensure safe, trauma-informed crisis intervention 24/7 across adult and pediatric populations.

The role requires strong judgment, risk assessment, and cross-agency coordination to deliver high-quality care. You will oversee daily crisis operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience with crisis intervention and risk assessment in high-acuity settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis stabilization practices.
• Ability to manage personnel, schedules, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and 24/7 crisis response oversight for adult and children’s mobile crisis services.
• Ensure trauma-informed, culturally responsive crisis care and timely interventions.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional development.
• Monitor program quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with hospitals, law enforcement, schools, and community partners.
• Lead quality improvement and risk management activities.
