Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in mental health or crisis services.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between individuals in crisis and the mobile crisis team.
• Receive and relay accurate information to the mobile crisis team.
• Utilize the MHWIN dispatch system to deploy the mobile crisis team.
• Respond to crisis calls; conduct triage and initial assessment of needs.
• Assess callers for suicide risk and document encounters concurrently.
