Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 mission system monitoring and sustainment.
- Administer system operations and maintenance support.
- Detect anomalies and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement configurations in live environments.
- Coordinate with engineering and integration teams.
- Document operational activities.
- Support continuous mission readiness.
Skills
Operational experience in mission-critical environments
Experience supporting computer systems and networked architectures
Ability to support continuous 24/7 operations
Ability to operate in a TS/SCI classified environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or related technical discipline
