Job summary

Croda's Atlas Point site in New Castle, Delaware seeks a Manufacturing Leader to oversee a 24/7 ethylene oxide operation, utilities, and wastewater treatment. You will steer five team leaders and about 30 indirect staff, drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, and shape frontline capability across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in continuous‑process manufacturing or similar industry.
• Ability to develop frontline leaders and coach a multi‑shift team.
• Hands‑on operating mindset with strong decision and action‑oriented skills.
• Experience in high‑hazard environments and safety‑driven operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7 continuous process operation including EO manufacturing and utilities.
• Develop five team leaders and ~30 indirect employees across four shifts + day team.
• Maintain safe, reliable operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster strong labor relations and effective shift handovers and incident responses.
