Job summary

Magnera Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its 24/7 Fort Smith operation. The role leads maintenance technicians across day and night shifts, drives safe execution, and partners with Operations, Reliability, and Planning to improve equipment reliability within approved budgets.

Direct reports include nine multi-craft technicians; the manager oversees scheduling, training, and escalation along with a defined on-call plan for continuous production.

Qualifications

• Five+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Two+ years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Ability to read drawings and equipment documentation.
• CMMS and SAP proficiency.
• Strong safety and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field safety reviews and ensure compliance with site rules.
• Supervise technicians, assign work, coach, and review performance.
• Plan daily work, coordinate with planner, and optimize the weekly schedule.
• Direct breakdown response, repairs, and priority communication.
• Lead maintenance improvement projects and monitor costs and safety.
• Use CMMS for backlog, tracking, and closeout records with SAP context.
