Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Service Desk/Software Support Analyst to support medium to large transaction processing systems for Conduent customers. You will be responsible for providing technical help desk support for customer‑escalated issues and bugs, with ongoing research and investigation.

Responsibilities include ticket creation, monitoring, and escalation to Level 2/3 support. Candidates should have Linux command line skills, basic networking knowledge, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a technical helpdesk.
Solid working knowledge of Linux (command line).
Intermediate knowledge of networking concepts and commands.
Understanding connectivity, firewalls and proxies preferred.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
ITIL Service Management knowledge desirable.
Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar technical degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Provide Technical Help Desk support for customer‑escalated issues and bugs.
Create and manage tickets; respond to alerts and incidents and restore service.
Research and resolve alerts, problems and incidents with cross‑team collaboration.
Coordinate with Level 2/3 support and application staff as needed.
Work in a 24x7 schedule (day and night shifts).
