Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience.
Ability to independently diagnose and repair electrical equipment failures.
Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience troubleshooting and replacing industrial motors.
Experience with 480V equipment and motor controls (contactors, overloads, starters, VFDs).
Safety-focused knowledge of LOTO and electrical safety practices.
Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical equipment and production machinery.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control circuits.
Troubleshoot 480V industrial power, motors, motor starters, contactors, overloads, breakers, fuses, relays, VFDs, sensors, switches, heaters, thermocouples, and electrical control panels.
Diagnose motor failures and safely remove, replace, wire, test, and return motors to service.
Use multimeters and other electrical diagnostic tools to identify faults safely.
Independently troubleshoot equipment downtime and restore production safely and efficiently.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, control panels, motors, and safety systems.
Troubleshoot basic PLC I/O, sensors, and control signals when needed.
Follow LOTO, electrical safety, arc flash, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety requirements.
Verify equipment is safe before returning it to production.
Support installation, startup, and modification of production equipment.
Document completed maintenance work and update work orders in the company ERP system.
Support extrusion and thermoforming production equipment.
