Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with patients, visitors, staff and responders while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask and respond calmly in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with switchboard operations and paging systems; basic computer data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and respond to multiple calls, emergencies, and urgent requests with professionalism.
• Handle all hospital calls, in-house extensions, and patient room lines.
• Perform paging, code alerts, overhead announcements, and paging system functions.
