Qualifications

• Minimum two years of leadership/management experience.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and lead subordinates.
• Ability to work from decentralized instructions.
• Must obtain TWIC and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work various hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct and utilize the workforce to complete tasks in storage and handling of bulk liquid commodities.
• Lead safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
• Inspect pumping operations to/from terminal storage tanks to various transportation modes.
• Manage the facility's heating system operation and boilers.
• Prepare time worksheets and approve overtime for hourly staff.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Train terminal personnel and lead field spot evaluations.
• Act as Incident Commander for incidents and accidents until relief.
