Job summary

NSA is seeking a skilled Facility Services Officer (Mid Level) for the Texas facility in San Antonio. The role focuses on the operation, maintenance, and inspection of agency facilities, with a 24x7 watch duty and supervision of chilled water and electrical distribution systems.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in a related field and multiple years of facilities experience, including project management, budgeting, and space planning.

Qualifications

• The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered.
• Degree must be in Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; or Business related fields.
• Relevant experience must include two or more of: space planning, construction, finance, project management, HVAC, fire protection, or facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of Agency facilities.
• Supervise 24/7 watch team for chilled water and electrical systems.
• Coordinate outages with maintenance customers and mission support.
• Prepare daily logs and alarm summaries; ensure follow-up actions.
• Provide emergency response and staffing for campus systems.
