Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks a highly experienced Senior Executive Protection and Protective Driving Specialist to safeguard the CEO, founders, and senior leaders. The role covers armed close protection, secure transportation, advanced planning, and travel security in dynamic, high-visibility environments.

The ideal candidate has extensive protective-driving experience, route analysis skills, and a background in federal/state protection, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in executive protection or related protective-service operations.
• Experience providing close protection for senior executives or high-profile principals.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed close protection for the CEO, founders, senior executives, and designated principals.
• Lead or support executive protection operations at Caris facilities and other leadership sites.
• Develop and execute protection plans for routine activities, elevated-threat situations, travel, and major events.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, security providers, venues, hotels, and security partners.
• Advance operations: site surveys, route planning, and emergency action plans.
• Support travel tracking, threat monitoring, and incident reporting.
