Job summary

Iacofano's Catering & Events in Denver is hiring Catering Production Cooks at all levels for a high-volume, 24/7 kitchen. You will prepare proteins, vegetables, sauces and meals per recipes and schedules, and you will work prep, grill, saute and packaging stations while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Able to follow recipes, prep lists and kitchen systems consistently.
• Stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work early mornings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proteins, vegetables, sauces and prepared meals from standardized recipes and production schedules.
• Work prep, grill, saute and packaging stations.
