The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in enterprise operations, capable of performing installations, troubleshooting, and inventory management while adhering to strict operational standards. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently. Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
Experience with hardware installations in critical enterprise environments.
Ability to perform cable routing and handling of IT hardware.
Familiarity with change management and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite data centre hardware and cabling support.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and cabling issues.
Log and track inventory accurately in systems.
Skills
Hands-on experience in enterprise data centre operations
Strong knowledge of copper and fibre cabling (Single-Mode, Multi-Mode)
Experience with rack & stack, hardware installations, and break/fix repairs
Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware faults
Comfortable working in 24x7 shift-based environments
