• Monitor the facility infrastructure platforms.
• Perform change management tasks.

• Follow verbal and written directions.
• Have an intermediate level of understanding of critical data center infrastructure.
• Proficient computer and communication skills.
• Required shift-work, overtime, and/or rotating schedules to support a 24X7 environment.
