Goodwill is seeking a Corporate Security Guard to safeguard property and assist employees and service participants. The role reports to the Asset Protection Lead and Compliance, Risk & Safety Manager, with duties spanning patrols, incident reporting, and emergency response.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, evicting trespassers per policy, maintaining CCTV, and coordinating with authorities as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma and security experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in security.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Must basic proficiency with technology.
• Ability to solve problems as they arise and react under stress.

Aufgaben

• Patrolling and monitoring activities on the Company’s premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure safety and security.
• Evicting trespassers and violators following policy and legal protocols.
• Provide security services to Goodwill employees and service participants.
• Monitor employee and visitor traffic by checking identification.
• Report and document safety incidents to the Asset Protection Lead and Risk & Safety Manager.
• Identify security concerns and act on the spot.
• Ensure CCTV systems are operational daily.
• Respond to emergency calls and alarms 24/7.
• Work with minimum supervision.
