Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to alarm conditions across the site, including central chiller plant and Building Management Systems.
• Provide on-site immediate response to eliminate travel delays for on-call personnel.
• Perform proactive facility rounds to identify and correct issues before they impact reliability.
• Maintain space conditions in accordance with scientific requirements to support operations.
• Collaborate with CROs and trade teams to deliver timely customer notifications and updates.
