Job summary

Serrato Corporation is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard the Center, performing patrols, enforcing policies, and assisting staff and visitors across all shifts in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities include investigations, incident reporting, and coordinating training for security cadets, with emphasis on safety and fire prevention programs. Requires strong observation and communication skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Knowledge of basic security procedures and operating security and surveillance equipment.
• Strong judgement and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Foot patrol all areas, monitor disturbances, hazards, and suspicious activity.
• Assist visitors, student employees, and staff; perform safety checks and vehicle checks.
• Prepare accident reports and investigations; provide transportation as needed.
