- Respond to alarms from HVAC and fire/security systems.

- Maintain, repair and operate boilers in the Chiller Plant.
- Monitor, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on boilers and related equipment.
- Operate the METASYS energy management system 24/7.
- Respond to alarms including HVAC temperature controls and fire alarms.
