Job summary

Flexjet LLC, the largest AOG Aircraft on Ground team in the aviation industry, seeks a Mobile AOG Technician based at Bradley Airport (BDL) in Windsor Locks, CT. The role supports 24/7 AOG events and coordinates with maintenance and support centers.

You will be the central point of contact during events, organize tooling, arrange travel, and ensure regulatory compliance. An FAA A&P license and 3 years’ experience, plus a valid driver’s license, are required.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Airframe structural/composite repair experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide 247 Mobile TeamAOG support during assigned scheduled shift
• Central point of contact for the customer during the AOG maintenance event
• Coordinate and organize necessary tooling for maintenance event
• Coordinate with support center on project status and travel arrangements
• Maintain mobile vehicle interior and exterior appearance
• Ensure team follows all company policies and maintains professionalism
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely processing
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Repair Station Manual
• Manage expenses and expense reports with local Business Administrator
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, including off-site outreach
