Job summary

Omni Aircraft Maintenance LLC in McKinney, TX is seeking an experienced AOG Technician to respond to Aircraft-On-Ground events across the Dallas–Fort Worth region. You will perform time-sensitive repairs and return the aircraft to service with precision, safety, and compliance.

This role is not entry-level; you will work independently with minimal oversight and uphold FAA regulations, OEM specs, and company procedures while maintaining clear customer communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience maintaining business jet aircraft.
• Part 145 Repair Station background preferred.
• Must own a complete set of aircraft mechanic’s hand tools.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record; insurable under OAM policy.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
• Must pass background check, criminal history review, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 AOG response across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas.
• Serve as primary customer contact during each AOG event with timely updates.
• Coordinate status and support with Maintenance Control and leadership during events.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and return-to-service work.
• Ensure work complies with FAA regulations, OEM specs, and Repair Station Manual.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation.
