Job summary

Arora-Engineers, Inc. is hiring an Airport Baggage Systems Operations Manager to lead the on-site BHS control room and maintenance dispatch services at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).

You will direct a team of supervisors, operators, and dispatchers to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous baggage handling operations. Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressively responsible operations experience in aviation or 24/7 environments.
• At least 3 years of leadership involving supervisors or multi-shift teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Direct airport/BHS experience preferred for leadership in complex ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30+ staff including supervisors, operators, and dispatchers.
• Maintain 24/7/365 staffing, scheduling, PTO, and cross-training.
• Oversee control room performance, baggage-flow monitoring, and work-orders.
• Respond to disruptions, emergencies, and contingency activations.
• Coordinate with PhiliTEC, aviation dept, airlines, and vendors.
• Ensure CMMS records, shift reports, and performance metrics are accurate.
