Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking Part-Time Security Officers for the Boston area. Shifts include Tue & Thu 3pm-9pm, Fri 2pm-8pm, Sat 11:00pm-7:00am, and Sun 7:00am-3:00pm.

The pay rate is $23.00 per hour. Responsibilities include patrolling, incident reporting, and coordinating with local authorities. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, pass background and drug screenings, and demonstrate strong English communication, reliability, and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Pass all pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and monitoring multiple premises to detect irregularities or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement and fire departments as necessary.
• Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
• Write detailed daily reports on incidents.
• Maintain proper use and submission of patrol forms and notes.
• Respond to security and safety concerns as they arise.
• Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and exterior).
• Follow on-site operations manual and post orders.
• Assume other duties as required by Client or Northeast Security, Inc.

Security Officer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Patrolling and monitoring multiple premises to detect any irregularities, which may include suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
• Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
• Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
• Maintain Proper use, completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties.
• Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.
• Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and/or exterior)
• Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
• Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders.
• Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc

Security Officer Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Previous Customer Service experience, or related field/education.

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.
