CLASS A COMPANY OTR DRIVER MENTOR

FULL TIME, PERMANENT, IMMEDIATE START POSITION

Earn bonuses EVEN AFTER your driver gets in his own truck for 1 Year!

POSITION DETAILS

1. Avg Earnings per Week: $1,600 to $2,200

2. Mileage pay, student pay, plus bonuses each week

3. Safety Bonuses: Earn bonuses for a year after your driver gets in his own truck

4. Home Time: Out 2-3 weeks depending on the run. One day off for every week out. Drivers can stay out longer if they wish. We have our own customer base, allowing planners to schedule 24-72 hours in advance to keep drivers running without relying on brokered freight.

5. Equipment: Newer Model Automatic Peterbilts with double bunks & fridges. No cameras.

6. Load Info: 100% No Touch, 70% Drop & Hook.

7. Delivery Locations: Regional runs east of I-35.

8. Drivers are welcome to take trucks home.

BONUSES:

• $500.00 Sign-on Bonus paid out when you pick up your first student

• $250 Paid at pickup of each subsequent student

• $250 Paid at 1st dispatch of upgraded student

• $500 Paid when Student Reaches 10K Safe Miles

• $300 Paid when Student Reaches 20K Safe Miles
