CLASS A COMPANY OTR DRIVER MENTOR

Full-Time, Permanent, Immediate Start Position

Earn bonuses even after your driver gets in their own truck for 1 year!

Position Details

• Average Earnings per Week: $1,600 to $2,200
• Mileage pay, student pay, plus weekly bonuses
• Safety Bonuses: Earn bonuses for a year after your driver gets in their own truck
• Home Time: Out for 2-3 weeks depending on the run. One day off per week out. Drivers can stay out longer if they wish. Our own customer base allows planners to schedule 24-72 hours in advance, keeping drivers running without relying on brokered freight
• Equipment: Newer Model Automatic Peterbilts with double bunks and fridges. No cameras
• Load Info: 100% No Touch, 70% Drop & Hook
• Delivery Locations: Regional runs east of I-35
• Drivers are welcome to take trucks home

Bonuses

• $500 Sign-On Bonus paid out when you pick up your first student
• $250 paid at pickup of each subsequent student
• $250 paid at first dispatch of upgraded student
• $500 paid when the student reaches 10K safe miles
• $300 paid when the student reaches 20K safe miles
