The 21st Century Afterschool Enrichment Instructor will:
All program hours must be during out-of-school time. All duties must be performed during non-contractual hours.

Total Compensation: Not To Exceed (NTE) 358 hours at $35/hr ($12,530.00). This amount includes all program time as well as all prep and wrap-up required. Enrichment Instructors receive up to 2.5 hours program time, 0.25 hours additional prep/planning time per day of programming, and 10 hours per session (30 for the school year) for planning and meetings. Timesheet submission required for payment bi-weekly.
