Minimum Requirements

• Active Oregon pharmacist license required.
• Current, verifiable pharmacist licensure to practice in OR.
• Experience in retail pharmacy preferred. Minimum 6 months experience preferred.
• Willingness to perform pharmacist duties in a busy retail environment, including dispensing, counseling, and use of prescriptive authority as permitted by state law.
• Eligibility for relocation assistance if moving more than 50 miles.
• Eligibility for sign‑on and student loan repayment programs where applicable.
