Job summary

NDI Office Furniture, LLC is seeking a dedicated CDL-A Regional Driver based in Birmingham, AL. This full-time, day-shift role covers a dedicated regional route with sleeper cab operations. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, load/unload freight, and maintain logs while delivering on time and upholding safety. Training is provided; routes include 2–3 overnight stays weekly. Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 years verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Experience operating sleeper cab tractor-trailers preferred.
• Experience with liftgate deliveries and freight handling beneficial.
• Strong safety record and knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company equipment in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections using ELD/inspection systems.
• Load, unload, and securely freight using liftgate and pallet jack.
• Complete deliveries on time while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and management for efficient operations.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations.
• Pick up returns, damaged goods, and pallets.

Compensation

• Average BI - Weekly Gross Pay: $2,500 - $2,900
• Bonus Opportunities: $100 - $350+ per month Pallet return incentivesPerformance-based opportunities
• Per Diem Daily Per Diem for Overnight stays

Route & Equipment Details

• Dedicated Sunday-Wednesday route
• Regional deliveries with 3-4 overnight stays per week
• Operate: Sleeper cab Class A tractor-trailer (liftgate-equipped)

Key Responsibilities
