Plante Moran is seeking a detail-oriented student to support analytical work for M&A transactions. You will perform financial modeling, industry research, and help prepare selling documents with charts and financial data.
You will also assist in drafting information requests, due diligence lists, and management presentations, while developing written communications and maintaining confidentiality. This is an entry-level, non-exempt role with travel opportunities.

This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some travel.

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geometry.
