Kraft Heinz offers a 10-week HR Internship Program in Chicago, IL, designed to develop future leaders through hands-on projects and executive exposure.
Interns will work on talent acquisition, onboarding, analytics and employee engagement across teams including Employer Branding, HR Business Partner, University Relations, Benefits & Compensation, and Talent Acquisition, with housing provided for the program duration and mentorship from senior leaders.
The Kraft Heinz Internship Program is designed to grow the future leaders of Kraft Heinz. This program is for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverage. Throughout the program, Interns will hone their understanding of our business and industry, collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy here at Kraft Heinz.

Based on performance, interns will have an opportunity to return to Kraft Heinz in the 2028 Internship or Trainee Programs. Throughout the program, Interns can also expect regular opportunities to meet with our CEO, North America President, Chief People Officer, and other senior executives; mentorship from previous Trainees and business leadership; and curated learning experiences to help with grow as leaders and as cultural ambassadors of Kraft Heinz.
Our internship will run from June 7th 2027 to August 13th 2027.
HR Interns will spend their program on one of the teams noted below, partnering with business leaders and employees to identify opportunities and deliver people-focused improvements that strengthen organizational health and performance. Projects may include talent acquisition and onboarding enhancements, workforce planning and analytics, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development program support, or employer branding and belonging efforts. Interns typically own a clearly defined project scope, collaborate cross-functionally, and share results through regular updates and an end-of-program presentation.
