You will rotate across core ISC areas like Manufacturing, Operations, and Facilities, taking on roles such as Industrial, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineer to drive tangible outcomes. Mentorship from senior ISC executives and targeted training are provided to accelerate your leadership journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Industrial, Manufacturing, Facilities, Mechanical) is required.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to lead projects and interact across functions.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for rotations across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage in two 12-month rotations across ISC areas (Manufacturing, Operations, Facilities, etc.).
• Contribute to strategic projects aligning finance or accounting goals with business objectives.
• Collaborate with rotation manager and teams to develop skills and growth.

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our ISC Leadership Development Program, a fast‑paced, 2‑year rotational program designed to develop future ISC leaders. Participants will experience two 12‑month rotations, gaining hands‑on experience in key ISC areas like Manufacturing, Operations, Facilities, and Supply Chain through challenging assignments across various departments. This program includes mentorship from senior ISC executives, customized training, and networking opportunities to prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the ISC function.

Responsibilities:

• Rotational Assignments : Engage in two dynamic 12-month rotations, taking on key roles such as Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Facilities Engineer to drive impactful business outcomes.

• Strategic Project Contributions: Contribute to diverse functional projects and assignments, gaining valuable insights into the alignment of finance or accounting strategies with overarching business goals.

• Collaborative Teamwork: Operate within a collaborative team environment, receiving guidance and mentorship from your assigned rotation manager to enhance your professional growth.

• Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, fostering a network of support and collaboration.

• Leadership Development Conferences: Participate in targeted in‑person leadership development conferences designed to enhance your leadership capabilities, business acumen, and technical expertise.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
