We create innovative products and experiences that inspire, entertain and develop children through play. Mattel is at its best when every member of our team feels respected, included, and heard—when everyone can show up as themselves and do their best work every day. We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.
The Product Quality Analytics team turns global quality, safety, consumer, supplier, and product data into actionable insights for Mattel teams around the world. We partner across Product Development and Quality, Safety, Sustainability, Operations, and Commercial teams to build trusted data products, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled tools that help the business identify trends, understand risk, and make better decisions for children, families, and our brands.
Mattel is currently seeking a Product Quality Analytics Summer Intern for summer 2027. Our internship program is driven by a single focus: to find our future leaders. We encourage interns to push boundaries because we want to see how far you might take us some day. As an intern, we give you phenomenal managers, mentors and buddies to help you accomplish more than you would have thought possible.
In this role, you will work with the Analytics group inside our Google Cloud platform to help build out advanced analytics capabilities using AI. The work will support global quality teams by making it easier to ask business questions, explore trusted data, and surface insights from product quality information. You will learn from data scientists, analysts, and data engineers while contributing to practical tools that connect technical analytics with real business decisions.
