Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC-Kenworth) is offering a 12-week Summer Operations Intern Program in Oklahoma City. You will rotate through Parts or Service, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to business initiatives under supervision.

This internship serves as a pipeline into MHC's Full-Time Management Trainee Program, with starting pay at $20 per hour and opportunities to network and develop professional skills in a billion-dollar industry.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
• Leadership and sales skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute business initiatives while receiving hands-on experience in all facets of the dealership.
• Utilize education, training, and experience to perform assigned job functions under close supervision of a manager or other designated employees.

Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC-Kenworth) is a multi-state network of Kenworth truck dealers providing more than 50,000 customers with a full range of truck services. MHC's Operations Intern Program is a 12-week version of our Management Trainee Program. Over the course of the summer, you will be given a hands-on deep dive into how our Parts or Service Department operates, by rotating through each position in the department and helping contribute to the business.
