About the Role

We are seeking motivated second and third-year law student(s) to join our team as Summer Law Clerks.

This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment where clerks will work closely with experienced attorneys on substantive legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research on complex issues


• Drafting memoranda and legal documents


• Assisting in the preparation of briefs and motions


• Drafting demand letters and correspondence


• Attending and assisting with depositions


• Observing and participating in court proceedings and trials


• Supporting case preparation and discovery activities


• Collaborating with attorneys on case strategy and analysis

Qualifications

Required

• Currently enrolled as a rising second or third-year law student at an ABA-accredited law


• Strong academic record


• Excellent legal research and writing skills


• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred

• Prior legal internship or work experience
