• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supports data analysis, monitoring, and automation projects within AI Operations.
• Analyzes operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and prepares datasets for reporting and analysis.
• The intern assists with automation projects that reduce manual monitoring and helps document monitoring practices for broader team adoption.
• The intern also partners with internal teams to gather requirements, share findings, and create documentation that makes technical work accessible to non-technical audiences.

• This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.

What you can expect in this role

As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of data analysis, basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or a similar language, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: coursework or project experience in networking, IT operations, or monitoring; exposure to automation scripting;
