PACCAR is seeking a Sales Administration (Marketing) Intern to join our Denton, Texas team. You will work on automating internal reports, analyzing option codes, and updating training materials and marketing content within SmartSpec tools.

The role focuses on data cleaning, CRM updates, and ensuring accurate product descriptions and availability. Enrolled students in business/marketing/CS are encouraged to apply; strong communication and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• The candidate will be currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Management, Computer Sciences, or a related program.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected; Tableau is a plus.

Requisition Summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an internship for students currently enrolled in college. This opening is for a Sales Administration (Marketing) Intern to add to our Sales Administration team in Denton, Texas.

Job Responsibilities

This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limitedto:

• Automating Internal Reports
• Analysis of Option Codes including Pricing and Weights
• Updating SmartSpec Training Materials
• Updating Product Images and Marketing Content in the SmartSpec Sales Tool
• Data Cleaning in the SmartSpec Customer Relationship Management Tool CRM
• Data Cleaning related to Product Option Descriptions and Availability Status

Required Qualifications
