Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency offers a paid internship in Spokane or Yakima, focused on gaining real-world resume-building experience. You will partner with teams to develop and fulfill the agency’s brand, collaborating cross-functionally to support the department’s mission and vision.

You will provide support to directors, sales executives, and client relations staff to enhance new business and retention, while maintaining strong relationships and growing your professional network through mentorship

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher at application and start date
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.

• Work in-person Monday–Friday at Spokane or Yakima offices.

• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and grow your network by working closely with your manager, mentor, and other interns.
• Participate in national and regional classes introducing the industry and organization.
• Cultivate industry relationships through meetings with various industry partners.
• Follow organizational policies, sales and service standards, workflows, and ensure quality control and confidentiality.
• Work in-person Monday through Friday at Spokane or Yakima office locations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid internship at $18.85 per hour.
