The Intern works in one area of our business or a variety of teams including but not limited to: Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Special Events, and Warehouse & Delivery to gain knowledge and understanding of the alcohol distribution industry.

The structured internship opportunity is designed to give students exposure to the wine and spirits industry and broad experience in various aspects of the relationship between marketing, sales, and distribution.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
• Maintain at a minimum a 2.0 GPA (Grade Point Average)
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and software applications related to job functions
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
• Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds
• Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
• Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
• Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak-season schedules may be required
