This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns. Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Corporate Communications – This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate communications, supporting content creation, media relations, social media management, and internal communications initiatives. The intern will research and write thought leadership articles and blog content, assist with developing social media content, monitor engagement, and support media outreach efforts through press releases, media tracking, and coverage reporting. Additionally, the intern will contribute to the Planning Perspectives Podcast, internal communications, assist with special projects and events like the development and production of long-form audio and storytelling content, and provide administrative support to help ensure the efficient operation of the Corporate Communications team.

Growth Marketing - This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate financial services marketing environment. The intern will play an active role in supporting the team across various marketing functions. You will contribute to meaningful projects that enhance the WSFS Bank brand and support our strategic growth goals.

Brand Marketing - The intern will support a variety of marketing and communications initiatives that bring the WSFS brand to life. Working alongside the Brand Strategy and Creative Services teams, you'll gain hands-on experience creating content, supporting marketing projects, enhancing client experiences, and collaborating with teams across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience. Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027. A business-related or related college major is preferred. Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August. Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews. Must be available for in-person orientation with Human Resources. Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint. Must have reliable transportation. Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required. Excellent oral and written communication is required. Must have critical thinking and analytical skills. Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
