Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an intellectual and motivated student for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Missoula, Helena or Butte. This in-person internship offers hands-on experience across client service, risk management, operations, sales, and analytics, with mentors and structured training.

You will work with teams to gain real-world resume-building experience, develop a professional network, and participate in national and regional classes designed to set you up as an emerging

Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date.
• All academic grades considered
• Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Real experience - no coffee fetching; gain resume-building experience.
• Partner with teams on projects to develop MMA’s brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the MMA department’s mission.
• Provide meaningful support to directors, sales executives, and client relations staff.
• Grow your network by working with your manager, mentor and other interns.
• Attend national and regional classes to learn the industry and organization.
• Cultivate relationships with industry partners to grow your professional network.
