This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.

Business Systems Analyst

Intern will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role primarily supports the full‑time analyst team by assisting in the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes. The intern will create process flows, user stories, and technical documentation and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. They may serve in an administrative capacity that may include facilitating Community of Practice meetings, taking notes, producing reports, and coordinating meetings. In addition, the intern will take on their own assignments at the direction of the BSA and BSA Manager. These assignments will be smaller in size/scope but will require that the intern plan the work, ask questions, resolve issues, and provide status updates at team meetings. The intern may also be asked to provide support to other areas within the Tech & Ops organization as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• Pursing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be able to participate in this full‑time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid‑August.
• Must be available for in‑person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on‑site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.

In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula‑based incentive and retention awards.
