Job summary

The National Bank of Indianapolis invites you to join its Banking Futures Program this summer, an immersive internship designed to prepare the next generation of financial leaders.

You’ll tackle real challenges, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain inside access that sets you apart when it’s time to start your career. You’ll also showcase your final project to NBofI leadership and expand your network through events and volunteering.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in 2027 (internship eligibility).
• Interest in Banking, Wealth Management, Finance or related fields.
• Data-driven with a passion for building relationships.
• Pride in accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communicator.
• Organized with strong time-management.
• Comfortable with autonomy, but energized by team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work on real projects, individually and in teams, with meaningful impact.

Looking to launch your career in Banking, Investments, Wealth Management, or other areas of The Bank? Spend your summer with The National Bank of Indianapolis through our signature Banking Futures Program, an immersive experience designed to prepare the next generation of financial leaders.
