Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Strategy and Technology Roadmap Program Intern for the summer 2027. This paid, full-time hybrid internship supports coordination of strategic roadmaps between business units and the Digital and Innovation department.

You will report to the Strategy & Technology Roadmap Program Manager, work May–August 2027, and gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, workshop facilitation, and action plan development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or engineering discipline.
• Completed Sophomore year of college.

• Support road mapping program in all phases of strategic planning with departments.
• Support innovation workshop facilitation, inputs analysis and output communication.
• Support development and management of strategic action implementation plans.
• Collaboration between BU leaders, technical leads, portfolio management.

About the role:

As a Strategy and Technology Roadmap Program Intern you will support the coordination, facilitation and implementation of strategic roadmaps between Westinghouse departments and the Digital and Innovation department. The group's mission is to gain understanding between our business goals, customer needs and the technology solutions needed to develop products.

You will report to the Strategy & Technology Roadmap Program Manager and be located at our Cranberry, PA facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $23.00 to $26.30 per hour.
