Qualifications

• Support development and management of strategic action implementation plans.
• Collaboration between BU leaders, technical leads, portfolio management.

About the role:

As a Strategy and Technology Roadmap Program Intern you will support the coordination, facilitation and implementation of strategic roadmaps between Westinghouse departments and the Digital and Innovation department. The group's mission is to gain understanding between our business goals, customer needs and the technology solutions needed to develop products.

You will report to the Strategy & Technology Roadmap Program Manager and be located at our Cranberry, PA facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the road mapping program in all phases of strategic planning with departments
• Support innovation workshop facilitation, inputs analysis and output communication
• Support development and management of strategic action implementation plans
• Collaboration between BU leaders, technical leads, portfolio management

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or engineering discipline
• Completed Sophomore year of college

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $23.00 to $26.30 per hour.
