Qualifications

• Open to juniors, seniors, or Class of 2027 graduates.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Orientation week kicks off our program, introducing the business, history, and executive leadership.
• Main Assignment: interns spend about 30–32 hours per week with their department on projects and meetings.
• Group Project: interns work in cohorts on group research projects and present findings to the Executive Team (8 hours/week).
• Learning and Development: workshops and networking events to build skills and connections.
