Job Overview

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.

This intern will focus on supporting HMS Silver Certification initiatives through time studies, standard work development, and Kaizen 3E program administration. Responsibilities include conducting video-based time and motion studies, developing standard work playbooks, and helping establish sustainable processes to create, document, and maintain future-state standard work.

Intern compensation is determined based on academic standing and expected graduation date. Hourly rates for this position range from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour ($46,800–$60,320 annualized equivalent).
