Job summary

Waymo seeks a software engineering intern to join our autonomous driving program in Mountain View. You will work on data-driven tasks to analyze driving behaviors, build pipelines, and prototype signals to improve system performance.

The role targets current Masters or PhD students in Computer Science or related fields. Proficiency in Python and C++, plus basic SQL/data analysis, is required. This hybrid onsite internship includes housing/relocation support where applicable.

You Will

• Experience prototyping agentic systems
• Experience with C++ and large-scale distributed systems
