Job summary

Hubbell in St. Louis invites motivated students to join its IT internship program for May–August 2027.

You will analyze business processes and technology solutions, develop documentation and solution concepts, and gain hands-on experience in IT operations and project delivery while working in a team environment. You will engage with stakeholders, manage overlapping tasks, and present a final briefing to local management.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a college/university throughout the internship period (May–August 2027) pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Prior experience on IT projects outside coursework preferred.
• Familiarity with Hubbell core technologies preferred.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period (May-August 2027), pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Prior experience working on IT projects outside of standard schoolwork (preferred).
• Experience with any of Hubbell's core technologies (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rates range from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, based on academic standing and expected graduation date.
• Annualized equivalent salary ranges from $46,800 to $60,320.
