Job Overview

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.

This intern will focus on developing standardized safety and operational documentation by integrating Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments into comprehensive machine-specific Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) binders. The intern will partner with EHS, Operations, and production teams to create practical reference and training materials that support employee safety, onboarding, and cross-training efforts. The role will also include reviewing EHS program requirements, such as Lockout/Tagout compliance and annual program updates, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping establish sustainable processes that enhance safety, training effectiveness, and regulatory compliance across the facility.
