Job summary

Charter Communications offers a paid, full-time 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience in the telecommunications industry. You’ll work with the Business Planning team, contribute to data-driven projects, and participate in professional development sessions.

You must be a rising senior with a 3.0+ GPA, enrolled in a bachelor's program, and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Complete two roadmap projects to drive process efficiencies.
• Identify opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance.
• Capture and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.

• This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
• Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
• In addition to role-specific projects, you'll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

What you can expect in this role

As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

Internship responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the Business Planning team with day-to-day operations that include capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements and integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
• Completing two roadmap projects to drive process efficiencies
• Identifying opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance
• Capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements

Required Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
