Job summary

Youll work 80% on department and intern cohort projects, with 20% dedicated to professional development, mentoring, and networking opportunities. This internship requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics Intern supporting reporting and analytics activities by analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, and helping turn data into useful business insights.
• Assist with integrating data from multiple sources, building automation, documenting data definitions/business rules, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support management reporting, ad hoc requests, and compliance‑related data audits while collaborating with stakeholders and helping maintain reporting tools and resources.
• Sourcing requirements from business, creating reports and dashboards to highlight key metrics and drive strategic decisions

What you can expect in this role

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.
